REGISTRATION
TRAVEL
Registration for all conference participants is $25 USD.
Registration is due before the conference begins on March 17th, 2022.

All participants (lecturers, performers and composers) must register and pay the fee with the following exceptions:
1. Performers provided by conference composers do not have to register. Only the composer who submitted the work to the conference has to register.
2. Any performer or ensemble that is playing additional works that were submitted to the conference without a performer do not have to pay the registration fee.
3. Special guests do not have to pay the registration fee. If you are unsure of whether these exceptions apply to you, please be in touch.
4. Ensembles can complete one registration per ensemble, and do not need to register every ensemble member.
In the registration link there is an option to register with $0. The aforementioned performers playing works by conference composers should register using this option.

AIR TRAVEL:
The closest international airport is Indianapolis International Airport which is 1 hour and 30 minutes from Muncie, Indiana.
Renting a car is recommended, as public transit options are limited.
TRANSPORT FROM THE AIRPORT:
There is bus transportation from Indianapolis Airport to Ball State University twice a day (09:50 and 17:00) via the company Hoosier Ride.
Please check the website to purchase tickets and check the schedule for your day of arrival. The cost is $18-20 USD
LOCAL TRANSIT:
If you are staying off-campus, there is local transit available by MITS buses.
The route map is available here.
Route #16 travels between the Fairfield Inn by Marriott and the University.
Bus fares are 50 cents, or $1.00 for a day pass.
ACCOMMODATION
We have arranged some discounted hotel rates for conference participants. Be aware these rooms are first-come, first-served.
BALL STATE UNIVERSITY HOTEL: $84-$155 USD less a 15% discount.
This hotel is on campus.
Rooms can be booked online through their website.
To access the 15% discount, you must call the hotel at 765-285-1555 and give the code 2203FES.
